Create your workspace
When you sign up you create a workspace: the place where your channels, contacts and team live. You can have more than one (for example, one brand per workspace).
Connect a channel
Go to Channels and connect the first one: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email or a web chat for your site. Follow each channel’s connection wizard.
Connecting a channel only creates the channel. It doesn’t receive messages yet until you assign an inbox to it (next step).
Assign an inbox to the channel
Each channel delivers its messages into an inbox. From Channels, use Assign inbox to choose an existing one or create a new one. From then on, that channel’s messages arrive in that inbox.
Invite your team
In Settings → Members, invite your teammates by email and assign them a role (which defines what they can do). See Team and roles.
Go “On Queue” and respond
In the top bar, switch your status to On Queue to start receiving conversations. When one arrives, you accept it and respond from the inbox.
