When you handle a lot of volume, filters and saved views help you not get lost.

Filtering

In the lists (inbox, contacts, tickets) you can filter by the criteria you care about —for example, by channel, status, tag or assignee— to narrow down what you see at that moment.

Saved views

If you use a filter often, save it as a view to return to it with one click, without setting it up again. For example:

“My urgent”

High-priority conversations assigned to you.

“Unanswered today”

What came in today and still awaits a reply.
Set up a few views that reflect how you work and keep them handy. It’s the difference between searching every time and seeing your day at a glance.
