Every business stores different data about its customers. Custom fields let you add the information ApyConnect doesn’t include out of the box.

Examples

  • Customer or policy number.
  • City, contracted plan, anniversary date.
  • Any data you use to serve or segment.

How they’re used

You define your fields once and then fill them in on each contact or company. Afterward you can filter and segment by them. See Segments.
Custom fields are configured in Settings → Fields (properties).
