The home dashboard

When you log in, Home gives you a quick view of your operation’s status: how conversation volume is going, service times and recent activity. It’s your starting point to know where to focus.

How to get around

Side menu

On the left you have every section: inbox, contacts, campaigns, analytics and more.

Search

Quickly find a conversation, a contact or a setting from the search bar.

Status (top)

In the top bar you switch your availability (On Queue / Off Queue) and your presence status.

Notifications

They alert you to assignments, mentions and important notices.
You can customize the side menu to your liking: reorder sections, hide the ones you don’t use and group your own. See Your profile and preferences.
