Every person who writes to you has a contact: their profile inside ApyConnect. There you can see who they are, how to reach them and their entire history with you.

One customer, all their channels

If the same person messages you on WhatsApp today and on Instagram tomorrow, they’re not two strangers: they’re a single contact with their two channels unified. That way you see the full conversation in one place, no matter where it came from.
Each inbox shows threads by contact: you recognize the customer even when they switch channels, but each channel keeps its own conversation.

Merge duplicates

Sometimes the same customer ends up as two contacts (for example, they first came in by phone and later by email). ApyConnect suggests possible duplicates and you can merge them into one, choosing which one stays as the primary. The history is preserved.
