What you can do
- See new comments in the Comments section, grouped by post.
- Reply publicly to the comment, or move the conversation to a direct message when the topic calls for it.
- Work them with the same order as the rest: who handles them, internal notes and closing.
To receive comments you need the corresponding Facebook or Instagram channel connected. See Channels.
