Invite members
In Settings → Members, invite your teammates by email. When they accept, they join your workspace with the role you assign them.Roles and permissions
A role defines what a person can do: handle conversations, view reports, configure channels, manage the team, etc. You can use the roles ApyConnect provides or create your own, adjusting permission by permission.Teams
Group people (for example, “Support” and “Sales”) to organize the work and the distribution.
Skills
Tag skills (languages, specialties) to route each conversation to whoever can best handle it.
The workspace owner always keeps full control; the rest of the roles are configurable.
