Connect your Instagram account to handle its direct messages and comments from ApyConnect.

Before you start

  • A professional Instagram account (business or creator).
  • That it’s linked to a Facebook page, as Meta requires to grant access to messages.

Steps

Start the connection

In Channels, choose Instagram and begin the wizard.

Authorize with Meta

Sign in to Meta and grant the permissions so ApyConnect can manage your messages and comments.

Choose the account

Select the Instagram account you want to connect.

Assign an inbox

In Channels, use Assign inbox to route its conversations to the inbox you choose.
The comments on your posts and ads appear in the Comments section. See Social comments.
