- A Facebook page for your business.
- Being an administrator of that page.
Steps

Start the connection
In Channels, choose Facebook Messenger and begin the wizard.

Authorize with Meta
Sign in to Meta and grant the permissions to manage your page’s messages and comments.

Choose the page
Select the Facebook page you want to connect.

Assign an inbox
In Channels, use Assign inbox to route its conversations to the inbox you choose.
The comments on your wall and ads appear in the Comments section. See Social comments.
