Quick replies

They’re saved messages you reuse with a shortcut, instead of typing the same thing over and over —greetings, instructions, frequent details—. When replying, you insert the one you need and send it (or adjust it first).

Macros

A macro groups several actions into a single click. For example, a macro can at once send a message, tag the contact, and change the conversation’s status. Ideal for repetitive processes.
