# Mia, your assistant

> The AI that works alongside you: it summarizes, suggests replies, and answers your questions.

**Mia** is ApyConnect's artificial intelligence assistant. She's here to help you, the agent, work faster and better —not to replace you.

## What Mia does

## How Mia works

* **Speaks your language**: she replies in the language you write to her, and drafts to the customer in the customer's language.
* **You're in control**: Mia proposes; you decide. A draft is never sent on its own: you always review it first.
* **Careful by design**: she doesn't delete or change things without your permission, and if she can't do something, she tells you clearly instead of making it up.
* **Respects your permissions**: she can only do what your role is allowed to do.

## What if I want it to reply on its own?
