# Saved views and filters

> Organize your inbox and your CRM to see only what matters to you.

When you handle a lot of volume, **filters** and **saved views** help you not get lost.

## Filtering

In the lists (inbox, contacts, tickets) you can filter by the criteria you care about —for example, by channel, status, tag or assignee— to narrow down what you see at that moment.

## Saved views

If you use a filter often, **save it as a view** to return to it with one click, without setting it up again. For example:
