# Home and navigation

> Your daily dashboard and how to move around ApyConnect.

## The home dashboard

When you log in, **Home** gives you a quick view of your operation's status: how conversation volume is going, service times and recent activity. It's your starting point to know where to focus.

## How to get around

    On the left you have every section: inbox, contacts, campaigns, analytics and more.

  <Card title="Search" icon="magnifying-glass">
    Quickly find a conversation, a contact or a setting from the search bar.

  <Card title="Status (top)" icon="circle-user">
    In the top bar you switch your availability (On Queue / Off Queue) and your presence status.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Notifications" icon="bell">
    They alert you to assignments, mentions and important notices.
  </Card>

<Tip>
  You can **customize the side menu** to your liking: reorder sections, hide the ones you don't use and group your own. See [Your profile and preferences](/en/cuenta/perfil).
