# Social comments

> Handle Facebook and Instagram comments alongside the rest of your conversations.

Beyond direct messages, ApyConnect brings the **public comments** on your Facebook and Instagram posts and ads into your inbox, so none slip past you.

## What you can do

* See new comments in the **Comments** section, grouped by post.
* **Reply publicly** to the comment, or move the conversation to a direct message when the topic calls for it.
* Work them with the same order as the rest: who handles them, internal notes and closing.

## Why it matters

An unanswered comment is a lost conversation in plain sight of everyone. Having them in the same place as your messages ensures you respond on time and with the same tone.
