# Customer portal

> A public help center and a ticket space for your customers, with your brand.

The **customer portal** is a public, branded space where your customers can help themselves and follow up on their cases.

## What it includes

The portal is customized with your logo and colors, and it can live on your **own domain**, so it feels like part of your site.
