# Plans & billing

> How ApyConnect charges: your plan and your balance.

## Your plan

ApyConnect is subscribed to by **plan**, based on the volume and features you need. Your plan defines your monthly service capacity. You can change plans whenever you need from **Settings → Plans**.

## Balance (wallet)

Some variable-cost usage —like sending **WhatsApp templates** in campaigns— is deducted from a **balance** you top up whenever you want. ApyConnect shows you the usage and alerts you when the balance is low.
