# Tasks

> To-dos with an owner and a date, so follow-ups don't slip through the cracks.

**Tasks** are reminders of things to do: call a customer, send a quote, follow up on a case.

## What a task has

* An **owner** (who should do it).
* A due **date**.
* An optional link to the related **contact** or case.
