# Quick replies and macros

> Save time with ready-made messages and one-click actions.

Two tools to respond faster and more consistently.

## Quick replies

They're **saved messages** you reuse with a shortcut, instead of typing the same thing over and over —greetings, instructions, frequent details—. When replying, you insert the one you need and send it (or adjust it first).

## Macros

A **macro** groups several **actions** into a single click. For example, a macro can at once send a message, tag the contact, and change the conversation's status. Ideal for repetitive processes.
