# What is ApyConnect

> The omnichannel customer support platform: all your channels in a single inbox, with your team and your AI.

ApyConnect brings all your customer conversations —WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email and web chat— into **a single shared inbox**, so your team responds fast, organized and without missing any message.

Around that inbox you have a CRM to know every contact, campaigns to write to many at once, reports to measure your service and an AI assistant (**Mia**) that helps you along the way.
